Day 1 : Departure by coach from Delhi
Departure by coach from Delhi from our office by 1900 hrs.

Day 2 : Kufri
Arrive Kufri by 0600 hrs. Visit Shimla for self-sightseeing. Overnight in dormitory.

Day 3 : Sangla
Departure by 0700 hrs to reach Sangla by 1700 hrs. Overnight at Base Camp.

Day 4 : Sangla
Acclimatization day. Orientation walk in and around Sangla. Overnight at Base Camp.

Day 5 : Chota Kanda
Trek to Chota Kanda, Camp I for about 7 kms. Overnight in tents.

Day 6 : Sangla Kanda
Trek to Sangla Kanda, Camp II about 6 kms. Overnight in tents.

Day 7 : Shivling Lake
Trek towards Shivling Lake. Overnight at camp II in tents.

Day 8 : Trek to camp III
Trek to camp III for about 8 kms. Overnight in tents.

Day 9 : Trek to camp IV
Trek to camp IV. Overnight at Base camp.

Day 10 : Trek down to Base camp
Trek down to Base camp. Overnight at Base camp.

Day 11 : Depart for Delhi
Depart by coach at 0800 hrs to reach Kufri by 1800 hrs. Depart for Delhi by 2100 hrs.

Day 12 : Delhi
Arrive Delhi by 0800 hrs.

I'm please to say we had a really good holiday - I think we got the mix of sightseeing and relaxation really well balanced. And of course we were delighted with the number of tigers we saw. My general feedback would be; the 3 Taj hotels were all excellent, and I'm please to say that in Jaipur we were upgraded to a suite, and in Agra had a room with a view of the Taj. At Corbett the lodge in Dhikala was EXTREMELY basic.
